Women of Wisdom

We would like to extend an invitation to our ladies to join our small group ministry. At Corinth, we see the value of mentoring and encouraging one another, in order to promote spiritual growth. Mentoring is a Biblical principle, which originated from Titus 2 in the New Testament; older women investing in other women.

Our theme verse is Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10, “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!”

Spiritual growth, listening, and praying together is beneficial, as growing in the Lord doesn’t just “happen by itself”. We need one another!!

So, what are the details?

•Groups consist of 6-7 women, including their mentor.
•Firm commitment to meet 1x per month (September - August), for 1.5 hours, unless the group decides differently.
•Meetings will be held at coffee shops, homes, the ladies’ room at church, restaurants, or parks.
•Selection for groups is randomly assigned.
•Specific topics for each month are given. Other topics are open for discussion (finances, friendships, loneliness,    marriage, decision making, cooking, etc.).
•Ages 18 & above
